This section establishes the rules for using the Wissenet platform, the responsibilities of the parties, and the applicable limitations.
Wissenet provides strategic consulting services in knowledge transfer, intellectual capital management, corporate governance courses, learning process audits, and business skills development strategies. Services are provided exclusively based on these terms.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration, not to infringe intellectual property rights, and to use the platform in accordance with its educational and professional purpose. Any abusive use may lead to access suspension.
Wissenet undertakes to provide services with professional diligence, maintain user data confidentiality, and periodically update content. However, Wissenet does not guarantee specific results from using the services.
Wissenet shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions caused by using the platform. Wissenet's total liability is limited to the value of services purchased in the last 12 months.
The user may request termination of access at any time by written notice to info@wissenet.com. Wissenet may suspend or terminate access in case of a serious breach of terms, without prior notice.
Wissenet reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be informed 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the new terms come into force constitutes acceptance of them.
